Managing big plants at home is really difficult. It also needs a large area to grow, which will not be possible in an apartment. But even after decorating your house with flowers, it may seem dull without a few bonsai trees. You may also have looked up on the internet about various different bonsai plants that are beautiful, and occupies much less area than any other plants.

But, not able to select anyone from them?

No need to worry about it now. Here in the blog, I will be presenting you the Top 3 Bonsai Plants that you can either buy, or grow at your home.

NO 1 Boxwood

Boxwood Plants should be grown in Full-Partial Sunlight, and needs a well-draining loamy soil as it’s potting mix. They are a great decorative plant that can be placed outside the doors (Near the main door). in the balconies, or on the terrace.

It needs adequate amount of water to grow, and you must water it regularly and frequently as much as possible. Drip irrigation may not resolve this, as the drips of water will not reach the roots of the plants, and this may cause insufficient water in the soil, and the plant may die because of it.

NO 2 Juniper

Juniper Plants need full sunlight to grow and showcase their attractiveness. And, they don’t need much pruning to maintain their shape, as takes care of themselves. Due to this, Juniper is easy to grow at home and doesn’t need much support. But if they are given too much shade, their branches may spread apart to get all the needed sunlight. This may also damage the shape of the plant, which can’t be repaired once it is done.

Juniper Plants can be grown at any time of the year, as long as it in a well-drained soil.

NO 3 Jade

Jade is a easy to grow indoor plant, which can easily survive even in the temperatures below 12 Degree Celsius. But, it should be kept in full sun to grow. It can live much longer than many other plants, and the wounds on it heals in just 1-2 weeks. But they grow very slowly compared to other Bonsais, and can take upto 20 years just to become three feet tall. It should be watered once every 2 to 3 weeks, as they don’t do well in a moist pot soil.

The leaves of it may fall due to the following reasons:-

1. Too Wet or Too Dry Soil

2. Lack of Nitrogen

3. Lack of Sunlight

4. Or there can be a mealybugs attack on it that hinders it’s growth.
