4. And, put 6-7 dates and 1-2 teaspoons of honey in the mixer.

5. Mix it well until it reaches a smooth consistency.

6. Done! Now you can garnish it with a few pieces of nuts.

One of the best snacks which is packed with protein and many other important vitamins and minerals. Eggs are one of the most delicious and tasty snacks, which can be eaten at any time of the day, as it gets digested very quickly. It provides our body with Vitamin A, Folate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B5, Phosphorous and Vitamin B2.

A single egg has 77 calories and 6 grams of Protein.
