Top 3 Solutions for Acne

Acne is caused by when the skin pores gets blocked by bacteria, oil, dead skin cells or dirt. This may develop a pimple and when the skin gets affected by this repeatedly, then this may cause acne. Every skin pore is the opening to a hair follicle. The follicle is made up of hair and an oil gland, also known as sebaceous gland. The oil gland produces sebum (oil) which then goes out of the pore to your skin, and makes your skin soft and well-lubricated. But when the sebaceous gland produces excess sebum or when bacteria builds up in the pores, it can cause pimples to form and this may clog up the pores. 

In this new world of Social Media, where people can share their thoughts and ideas, many youngsters are getting highly addicted to using Social Networking Sites. Social Media can be a great platform for sharing news and for raising awareness, but the bad side of it is that more and more people are using it to achieve many likes and shares to disconnect from the reality and to reduce stress. NO 1 Green Tea
A great drink for both weight loss and for a fit and healthy life, Green Tea is full of antioxidants, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties that helps you stay fit and helps your body to fight from acne and other problems. 

Heat up the green tea bag for a few minutes, and then let it cool down for some time. When it feels normal to touch, place the tea bag on the pimples and repeat this process 4-5 times a week.



NO 2 Honey and Cinnamon Mask
Honey and cinnamon are known for there antibacterial effects that they place against acne and pimples. They have the ability to kill bacteria and reduce the inflammation in the skin. 

In a bowl, mix 2tsps of Honey and a tsp of Cinnamon to form a thick paste. Apply the paste on the face and wait for 10 minutes till it releases all it’s effects. Then wash the face after removing the mask. 



NO 3 Apple Cider Vinegar
A great solution to remove acne, Apple Cider Vinegar is made up of Unfiltered juice of apples and has the ability to fight bacteria and contains Lactic Acid and Citric Acid.

Mix 1/4 of Apple Cider Vinegar in 3/4 Water. First clean your face with water, and then apply the mixture on the skin using a few cotton balls. Wait for 30-40 seconds and then rinse it with water. Repeat this 1-2 times a day.
