Top 3 Beans to Grow at Home

Beans are a great super food for a fit body and a healthy mind. They are the fruits of a group of plants known as Fabaceao. As Lima Beans has a low GI or Glycemic Index, it also stabilises the blood sugar levels. And also promotes a healthy heart. They take upto 70 days to mature and produce flowers, and should be grown in a cold area.

They can be eaten in anywhere from soups, salads or curries. There are a great protein packed food that is most recommended by our Grandmother during a cold or fever. They should be grown where the temperature is around 18C, and the plants should be placed 25 Inches apart.
