Growing vegetables and flowers brings a lot happiness and enjoyment. It is a hobby for many, but a full-time work for some. During this pandemic, many grocery stores and shops have been closed due to either lockdown or due to cash crunch. In this stress full situation, many people are suffering from depression and are not able to find good and fresh food that improves their mood and health without spending a lot of money. It improves the quality of life by improving the environment and atmosphere. It freshens the atmosphere and also generates a positive vibe. And it calms our mind as well. It also helps to focus on the moment, and also helps to achieve mindfulness, like when we do Yoga or Meditation.

While gardening, you need to be in the sun, and because of it, gardening also helps you to get the much needed Vitamin D from the sun, which is not possible in this pandemic situation where many gardens and playgrounds are closed.
