There are hundreds of benefits that Eggs provides us with. But here in this blog, I will be listing out the Top 3 Benefits of Eggs.
NO 1 Highly Nutritious
Eggs are a great source of many vitamins and minerals like Vitamin A, Folate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Selenium and Phosphorous, and contains quite a good amount of Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Vitamin K, Vitamin D, Zinc and Calcium. A single whole egg contains 70-90 Calories which has around 5-7 Grams of Protein and Healthy Fats. And contains a bit of all the nutrients you need for a healthy and fit life. It gets better if you consume Omega-3 rich eggs which have much higher amount of Vitamin E and Vitamin A.
NO 2 Are high in cholesterol, but doesn't affect the blood cholesterol
It is correct that eggs contains very high amount of cholesterol, but it doesn’t necessarily affect the blood cholesterol levels. One single whole egg contains around 212mg Cholesterol, that is almost near the recommended daily intake that is of 300mg. This figures may shock you, but don’t worry about it, the cholesterol present in eggs does not adversely effect your blood cholesterol levels, and can even lower down the bad cholesterol in the body.
NO 3 Are a great source of Protein
Proteins are the building pieces of Animals and Humans. Getting the required amount of protein daily is very important but it is quite difficult, and it becomes much harder when healthy food items are getting more expensive, and junk foods are getting much more cheaper. But, eggs can resolve this easily as they are produced in bulk at poultry farms. Eggs are a great source of protein and are available at a very cheap cost. And can help in Weight Loss, Lower Blood Pressure and can optimise bone health.
That’s it!
