It is correct that eggs contains very high amount of cholesterol, but it doesn’t necessarily affect the blood cholesterol levels. One single whole egg contains around 212mg Cholesterol, that is almost near the recommended daily intake that is of 300mg. This figures may shock you, but don’t worry about it, the cholesterol present in eggs does not adversely effect your blood cholesterol levels, and can even lower down the bad cholesterol in the body.

Proteins are the building pieces of Animals and Humans. Getting the required amount of protein daily is very important but it is quite difficult, and it becomes much harder when healthy food items are getting more expensive, and junk foods are getting much more cheaper.
